I can't find a ranking that lists all such programs. Is it worthwhile to take such specific programs rather than a general MiM?

If you want to work in marketing analytics, then take a degree specialised in that, If not, don't.

I agree with Duncan. You can also use the FT MiM ranking as a proxy for the strength of other, specialized master's degrees.
