Hello Dears,

I am looking for a blended Hybrid MBA program, where I can attend online most of the time with 2 or 3 weeks per year to attend on-campus for more interaction and peer-to-peer communication.
As I live in the middle east, so the best location option for that campus is to be in UAE or Europe.
And my budget is to be within the 25K USA.

Several European universities are listed there (although none in the UAE, unfortunately). You could check out each individual one and then get a better sense regarding how well they meet your budget and professional needs.

The Purdue-Tias IMM sounds a bit like that. Also the Warwick EMBA is seven block weeks plus electives. 

Use LinkedIn to see what sort of qualifications are held by people in the roles that you are targeting. If you are looking for a blended programme, then the Manchester global MBA is there on campus in the UAE.
