I am Indian female with I.T. background.
completed Bsc. in Computer Science.
Going to appear for GMAT in February.
My total work experience is 4 years.
I also have small registered start-up with one of my friend.
GMAT score target is 650 TO 700.
I am looking for one year full time MBA in U.S. or U.K/EUROPE.
Please provide me with a list of b-schools with spring intake and Fall intake?

There are a few US MBA programs offering spring intake - but they're mainly the one-year or accelerated programs, like the one at Thunderbird and the one at Cornell Johnson.
But if you're taking the GMAT in February, you probably will not make the application deadlines for spring admission.
Maybe if you post more about your profile (especially career goals) people might have more suggestions for you.
