Hi I have under graduation degree in Electrical Engineering. I have an experience of 2 years as Assosciate Business Analyst.
I am planning to do MBA in Stragetic Planning. I havent written GMAT yet.. but I expect to get 700.
Can u please suggest a college in USA. Are there any colleges offering dual degree in International business and Strategic Planning?

Ha! It's true that strategic planning is complete jargon. But so is what they're calling it now: "business development."
OP: What are your career goals? Why strategic planning? Do you want to remain in the IT field, or branch off into something different?
