ESADE >> Vlerick >> Manheim.

I would rate them all on one level. So rely on your impression of the schools.

Rating all three at the same level is a bit far fetched... considering that on an international level ESADE would be ahead of the two.
Though regionally each of them is strong in their respective places.. though Mannheim MBA program is relatively new compared to ESADE's 50 yrs+ as business school and 40+ years in offering the MBA degree...
while looking at the rankings is does not give the right picture always.. but considering ESADE is 19th in the latest FT global MBA ranking and Vlerick is at 87th and mannheim not featuring in the rankings ..you can surely say they are not at the same level..
Each of them might have their unique program strengths but taking a holistic point of view i would have to say ESADE is on a higher level.

Hey Guys
Thanks for your replies...
Based on rankings & experience ESADE is indeed on a higher level...
But considering my profile (relatively less workex) will be better to apply for Round 3 of ESADE or Round 2 of Vlerick? Which will have more chances of admission? Is it advisable to intl students to apply in Round 3? On the other hand Vlerick has avg workex of 6 yrs and ESADE of 5 yrs?
Thanks in advance

Chances are very subjective thing and i am sure no one will be able to give you a perfect and straight answer to this.
It depends on lot of variables..like your gmat.. your work exp and its quality.. your application and most importantly your essays which would determine if you get an interview invite or not... and further to that.. how you perform in the interview..
R2 is certainly easier compared to R3 as chances are higher .. though i would recommend you not to apply to only one school .. but to 2-3 of them in whom you really are interested.
I am an admitted ESADE student for the class commencing in 2010 and if my comments come across as a bit biased.. then they are for a reason :P

esade is better for sure but vlerick is well on their way up.
if you can wait one more year and can come to esade it is much better than getting into manheim or even vlerick at the moment.
while vlerick surely is a new and up boy it takes them probably another 5 years to put them on the map of respected mba programme worldwide
forget the fucking ranking crap. forget the likes of HULT MBA for god sake and all those gits

As a Hult student in Boston which is a great program, i have to say i find your uninformed commentary pretty offensive.
