I have been working as a QA analyst (IT) for around 4.5 years now. After 4.5 years, i decided to do an MBA and get into the management side of IT.
Due to few reasons, i could't take GMAT and i had to unfortunately apply to buisness schools where GMAT isn't required.
I have two offers - one from UCD, for it's MSc Digital innovation (ibuisness) course and the other one from IUBH Germany for it's one year MBA course at Berlin campus.
UCD's MSc. course seems very appealing as it is for someone from IT technical background looking to get into the management side of IT. But, after 4.5 years of experience getting an MSc doesn't seem right.
On the other hand, IUBH's one year MBA seems very student friendly. I doubt the standard of education though.
I can't delay my study plans for another year, I have to go this Sept.
Any suggestions?

Can you try January entry in some better schools? Just take the GMAT! Certainly UCD will be better than IUBH for most students who don' already speak German.
