I have received offers from UCD Smurfit and Frankfurt School of Finance and Management for full time MBA program, 2023.

I have 4+ years of professional experience in the IT industry and upon completion of my management program, I aim to get into Consulting domain.

Would really appreciate some suggestions on these universities to select the right one for my career goal.

Because you probably can't work in German now, and you won't get to high professional fluency during a demanding masters in English, UCD is the obvious choice.

Consulting involves speaking to clients. It makes little sense to evaluate an MBA without putting first the primary constraint: your ability to functional professionally in your target role.
