I'm jst a little confused. I'm searching for best choise of full time MBA in Europe, and i've one question.
At this moment i think that there are two best for me: RSM(Rotterdam) and SDA Bocconi.
But there is many different rankings and thats why i'm confused.
Some of them says SDA is better, some-RSM.

If any of you have opinion about these two MBA's, I'll be glad to hear from you.

I'm just saying they're best for me.
When I saw all rankings, there are too many US BS, there is some UK, and only several others.
There is some BS in Spain, and these two - RSM and Bocconi in the Top 50.
I can't go in US, because of private reasons.
I can't go in UK-it's too expensive for living there.I'll pay the program in cash, without credits or without my company's support.But I don't think i can hadle with living in UK.
That's why I think that this two BS are best for me.
And because they're in Top rankings.This must be an important part of my choise, isn't it?

Rankings are just one criteria. I would focus also on other aspects such as where do you want to live for the mba and post-mba, type of post-mba jobs, lenght, alumni network, country focus (NL vs Italy), etc
If I had to choose, I would feel lucky to be at any of these two MBAs, which are one of the 10/12 best in Europe.
About your commnents related to the expenses, some sxhools may offer personnel credits with no colateral, which is good, and I would try to get one of these.

If you have a decent GMAT + 650, and 2/3 years of international experience, you are eligible to both schools.

Unless you can speak in Italian or you really love Italy a lot, then RSM would be a better choice for native English speakers.

Being a country where most people can speak and understand English, RSM would also attract a larger proportion of international students. In this case, it would allow you to adapt in the school more easily.

I'm bulgrian, and the english is not my mother language:)
I know english better than italian, and that's why i think that when i study in english, it would be good for me if i can practice italian like my second foreign langauge outside of school.
I think that only english is never enough. And the bulgrian is not verry usefull outside of my country:)

Next month i'll go in Malta, for two weeks, and after that i'll pass TOEFL, and maybe at the end of this year i'll try to take a GMAT. So wish me best of luck !

I would like to add some advice:
The main question about the location is not where you want to study (even if its useful to practice the language at the same time etc) but where you want to work afterwards. I think particularly Bocconi will give you many job opportunities for Italy, for the contacts you get during studies, but also because Bocconi is prestigious in Italy.
Also abroad, don't get me wrong! But if you want to find a job somewhere else, an RSM MBA will be a bit mor "effective" in my opinion.

The second thing: I would apply to one or 2 more schools even, because application for those you have chosen are highly competitive and you can never be sure.

I know students from both schools and I would prefer RSM, since the research quality at Dutch schools is higher than in Italy.

In UK you can complete your MBA in Rs. 20,00000 from gud B-schools. All other MBA's from Europe are very expensive.

If you want to take a second language I would rather a Spanish School instead of Italian as Spanish language is the third more important in the World.

I totally agree, from an overall perspective Spanish is more useful because it is spoken in many more countries.
But then obviously, if you intend to work in Italy, Italian language is necessary, and if you plan a career in Asia, Spanish is not the point.. etc.

On the other hand language will not be the only criteria to decide about an MBA - important is still the quality of the program, and judging from the above posts it is not clear and established who is the winner of RSM - Bocconi battle. So I am curious what you guys say about the following what I have heard: Bocconi certainly is a brand as name, but it is good for people who want to work in Italy because Italian employers can relate to the school, recruiters outside Italy less. And more to RSM.
To what extend this is confirmed by the actual placement statistics of Bocconi vs RSM?

I am new to thiis forum and ned your help abt SDA Bocconi.
I am a working professional with 2 year of work experience in finance and will be applying to SDA Bocconi for MCF.

I have two doubts regarding the program.
1. Is it that in these sort of programs students without any prior knowledge of any EU language (except english) are at a disadvantage. Somebdy told me that even recruiters, even from big MNCs, stress upon knowledge of EU languages and not knowing them can be a handicap.

2. Also, i have an inclination for consultancy firms. I read smwhere that BCG is partner with bocconi. Does BCG recruit from MBA or MCF or both?
