Outside India the MBA is normally a degree in general management; specialised degrees are typically MSc degrees. Visit daad.de and mastersport.eu to find them.

I looked at Linkedin and there's no real clarity in terms of which MBA programs are represented in terms of people who are working in pharmaceutical companies in Germany. Insead shows up a bit, so does European Business School, but there's no real safe bet.
If I were you - I assume you're not from Germany - I would stick to ranked schools. St. Gallen might be a good option, since they place well in the DACH region, but ask them about placements into the pharmaceutical industry.

I would have thought that flawless German would be more valued by a German pharma company than an MBA from Hungary. Search the board for discussion on the CEU.

Wait, where do you want to work after graduation? In eastern Europe or in Germany? You should study where you want to work.
CEU's a good, budget-friendly school but I'm not sure that it places well in pharma roles. Check with the school about this.
