Hi guys,
can you recommend me a one-year online MBA program, preferably with specialization in finance, with fees not exceeding 10 000 ??
Thanks a lot in advance!

No. None of those can be recommended. Why not try the CFA exam?

To elaborate a bit on Duncan's response:
Most distance learning programs are designed for working professionals who do not have enough time to commit to a full-time course schedule. This means that the programs are more flexible than time-focused, giving participants the ability to expand their learning over three or more years' time.
I'd say that the closest in terms of length would be IE's global MBA (it can be completed in 15 months) - but that costs about four times what you want to pay. Although if you could find some way to pay for it, it would probably be worth it.
Other highly-rated programs, like Warwick, are a bit less costly (20k euro), but with that one in particular, you're going to be committed for at least two years or more.
