Hello,I currently hold a BSc Economics (4year/240ects) from Greece with focus in Business Administration.I want to know if i can get into AM in Germany with a MSc in Management from Mannheim or should i go for the MSc Money and Finance from Goethe? so is it better to get a MiM+CFA or MiF+CFA? is there a difference? what should i pick?

IMC/CFA or similar plus an advanced qualification in the German language. Very few entry-level AM roles in Germany do not require German at a a high standard. 

so it doesnt matter if i get a mim or mif?

If you speak German, a MiF is better than a MiM. If you don't speak German, you get a better lift from a year learning German than a year learning finance.
