It's an ok school with an international focus. Unfortunately, it's not one of the best schools in the area.
It would be good to know what you're looking for in terms of career growth, and your profile, but here are a couple schools in Berlin that you could check out for comparison's sake:
ESMT European School of Management and Technology
ESCP Europe

I'm also thinking about this schools (HWR Berlin). ESMT and ESCP are quite expensive comparing to HWR Berlin. What are your criteria when you say that HWR is a good school? I know that it is probably not know outside of germany but does it have a good reputation among geman employées?

It's not well known in Germany; it's not very well known in Berlin. You really do get what you pay pay for.

What about other Fachhochschulen? There's a lot of others that offer MBA ( Essingen, Pforzheim etc). Do you think that there are any that can offer good training and respected diploma for german labour market?
Basically the problem about most of prestigious mba is that they offer courses exclusively in English. If I go to Germany for studies it's also because I would like to improve my German.

Well, fundamentally they are for students serving non-MBA level roles in local businesses. Essingen is one of the best, but the students are certainly not taking MBA level roles. The quality of them certainly varies. Pforzheim has AACSB accreditation. But FH degrees are still not taken seriously, in a way similar to those of British polytechnics and US community colleges.

Pforzheim has AACSB accreditation.
Never heard of this school, but I just checked it out. If anything, it's probably one of the least expensive AACSB-accredited schools in the world, at only ?1600 per semester!
