I am a MCA from SMU in the batch of 2007,I am working with a Software Product Development Company in Bangalore for Last 4 years.My current role is to Lead a team of 6 developers.

I am planning to give my GMAT and IELTS this August. Howmuch GMAT score do I need to apply to Universities with this job profile and what are the chances of securing a scholarship?What are the Universities should i look forward to.By the time i apply for any Univ in Europe or Uk i should have aroung 6 yrs of exp.so Please advice i will be egsrly waiting for your reply.
