I think the presence of ESSEC is high in France even compared with HEC.

I consider that French skill is more important than global rank if you want to work in France because my some friends of HEC who cannot speak French also struggled with finding job in France.

Of course I recognized the HEC’s rank in global, but in the case that you want to work in France and have a good proficiency in French, I think ESSEC is reasonable and good investment to work in France because their cost is significantly smaller than HEC’s one in spite of their good presence as almost same as HEC in France.

But honestly this is just my assumption, could someone share your opinion about actual presence of ESSEC in French employment market compared with HEC MBA?

This not a well constructed argument. The added value of HEC is much greater than the tuition saving at ESSEC.

1. Do you mean HEC is more valuable than ESSEC even in French job market?How much value differences are there in French market?

2. And even if ESSEC is less than HEC, do you think that ESSEC candidate with French skill still can get the job in France after completing ESSEC? In other words, Does ESSEC worth to apply if one want to work in France?

ESSEC is an inferior choice to HEC.

Hi Duncan, thank you for your reply.
I asked for not global salary but employability especially in France.
Do you think there is also significant difference between 2 BS in this point?
Because my french friends said that there is no differences between them regarding job opportunity in France.

If you don't care what job you want then you don't need an MBA. If employability is the key thing, become an electrician or plumber.
