I assume you cannot work in French at a professional level, and thus think you can exclude France regardless of the opportunities there for those who do. See:

Obviously neither Cardiff nor Queen's has MBAs that are highly valued in the UK market. If your budget is limited, an MSc at a better school would be a wiser investment.

Does MSc in management has better opportunities than MBA?
Am okay to learn French and work in France

An MSc in management from a good school has better opportunities than an MBA from an average school.
If you are okay to learn French, do that and then take a MSc taught in French.

Cardiff is no longer a freshers MBA, I think, but it's still aimed at people returning to India.

Yeah but am not looking for freshers MBA because I have an experience of 5 years in IT, To climb up the ladder in corporate industry I decided to choose MBA over MSc.
What do you suggest here?

I suggest you refine your goals to something more specific and apply to much better business schools if you want a role with a firm that hires from much better schools.
