Request your opinions on Ivey (Canada) and ESADE (1 year MBA).
where ESADE ranks high in ranking and also has a strong brand name whereas Ivey is on the UK based HSMP program list.
request if you can advise on job propects for an Indian IT applicant

They are both among the top 100 schools worldwide, so I guess if you manage to be accepted both will be a career enhancer.
Regarding employment possibilities, dId you ask directly at the schools to get some statistic info about their MBA holders? If you want to find out about job prospects specifically for Indian IT applicants I think you should do that.

I don´t know much about Ivey, but your dilema seems to be not very clear. I mean, you can compare a Canadian with a Canadian School or to some extent to a US schoo but not to an European school.
I personally think that getting a job in Europe is not very easy for a non European citizen, so if you are targeting the UK market then go for a school under the HSMP scheme. Also, if you give us more details about your profile, and goals, we can help you better, because Indian IT applicants is the most generic and typical profile for an MBA.
