IMD vs ESMT

Hey Guys,

I am looking at both the above schools for my MBA. I have got positive reply from both of them also. I am confused with how the schools are as such in long term. ESMT is good school and so is IMD. I am 33 years old and hence I need a full time program which is catering to "older" individuals, which I believe both of them qualify. In IMD my only doubt is placement of the class after the program. In Germany since there is 18 months VISA after the studies I think it is very helpful and also ESMT is lower in terms of cost of the program and living costs too. I am from a technology background and I want to build on it after my MBA too. Any suggestions !!

Maybe it comes down to whether your French is better than your German, or which language you are most motivated to learn?

Where do you want to work afterwards? Switzerland (IMD) and Germany (ESMT)? How is your German / French?

The FT rankings show these schools get students into work a little slower than most: Around a quarter are still looking after three months. IMD is much more highly ranked and that would be my choice.
