Choosing between both schools, hope anyone can share advice or feedback on both MBA programs :)

These are good schools, about which there is a huge amount of information available. Do you have specific goals? How good is your Catalan?

I haven't learned any Catalan unfortunately, just basic Spanish.

Specific goals are to get a job in Europe after with a technology company doing marketing, e-commerce, or data analytics, although I'd also like to broaden my horizons and be exposed to new fields that I could be attracted to work in after since my current experience has predominantly been in e-commerce and retail.

Well, IESE and ESADE are the leading schools in Catalonia and are great options for people who speak Catalan and/or Castilian. I suggest you focus on one region or country in Europe, and think about what you offer to them. If you want a role in marketing, e-commerce, or data analytics then an MSc in one of those areas might be better than a general management degree like an MBA. Marketing will require highly advanced local language skills.
