HHL leipzig vs KOC turkey

Hi,
I am an experienced software professional currently working in India. I have offer from these two. I would like help in selecting between these. Short term objective is to relocate, get good business education without spending a bomb, get a decent job there after MBA.
More detail :
KOC, Full time MBA (1 year) (triple accredited): Just received the offer. Classes start next month.
Tuition (19500 usd) scholarship: NA
Online due to COVID, no confirmation when they would move on-campus. The whole point of doing a full time MBA is to get that in-person experience which an online program might not provide. Also no clue how would career services help in getting a job there. Also what is the average salary of the MBA graduates? What is the average time after MBA by which they get placed?
Student profile : Early career professionals
probably less diversity

HHL Leipzig Germany, Full Time MBA (15 months) (AACSB accredited): Got offer last month, have deferred this to next year as visa would have taken time.
Tuition (26k USD after 13k scholarship)
Germany has recently opened travel for international students. So think here be able to attend classes in person.
Student profile : More experienced professional
probably more diverse.
Germany is more stable economy wise.

Have an inclination towards KOC: nice campus(though online for now, no clue when in person classes will start), faculty/education, seems a lively city to live in, best MBA in the country.

Please suggest.

Thanks

I think almost all people would pick HHL over Koç.

If you want education KOC maybe a better choice if you want to work in Turkey have to learn the language fit in the lifestyle etc.

germany is way more international and tolerant toward foreigner there are 10 million turks living in Germany, do you look at their football team? Ozil Can and several players are turk.

That review of HHL could be written about any MBA outside the top 20. However, HHL works to the degree shown by the rankings. German is way easier to learn than Turkish.

PS Koç is a family name, not an acronym: no need for capital letters.
