Tell your story if anyone of you were able successfully to integrate into the job market (where degree is somewhat necessary) without finishing university. What steps have you taken?

Considering that only 11-40% of the workforce has graduated (percentage depending on the country) there are of course many people that are in the job market without graduating
Some people with very strong work experience have posted in this website looking to find an MBA, so it is of course possible. Most UK universities will consider you for MBA if your work experience is up to their standards, even if you have not graduated. So you still have options
Of course a strong degree, especially a good MBA will do wonders for your career and you will have a considerable advantage, especially at the early years

Yes, it happens all the time. But a degree is a sure-fire way to increase your earnings over time.

So, you asked a question and then answered yourself with your own story?
