Which course & Country should i opt to make my profile strong for taking future senior responsibilities across the globe..

Or, a possibility would be doing a top master's in management program in the UK, Canada, or Australia (potentially Singapore / Hong Kong as well, or other countries depending on what languages you speak), putting you on track for career growth over the following several years into the senior management level.
