How about the GMAT exam or something like https://london.ac.uk/courses/management and then, after a couple of years of better work experience, apply for a top 100 MBA: http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/global-mba-ranking-2018

Or, a possibility would be doing a top master's in management program in the UK, Canada, or Australia (potentially Singapore / Hong Kong as well, or other countries depending on what languages you speak), putting you on track for career growth over the following several years into the senior management level. Of course, you'll need to take the GMAT...
