Which course & Country should i opt to make my profile strong for taking future senior responsibilities across the globe..

Or, a possibility would be doing a top master's in management program in the UK, Canada, or Australia (potentially Singapore / Hong Kong as well, or other countries depending on what languages you speak), putting you on track for career growth over the following several years into the senior management level. Of course, you'll need to take the GMAT...
