I have admits from both of the above two mentioned universities. Could someone advice as to which one shall be considered best fitted option considering my 8+ IT experience. Both programs are FT MBA.

I am A2 in french however blank in German. I have 8 years of IT experience with in India and plan to be in IT stratergic consultancy or IT project management post MBA.

It sounds like you need an intensive language course rather than an MBA. I guess most people in those roles in France or Germany won't have MBAs.

There is no way you will get to professional fluency in German in the same year as an intensive one-year MBA taught in German.
Frankfurt is obviously better for you. Lyon is better for entrepreneurship and biotech.
