France or UK for MiM

I've got an admit from EMlyon for the MiM program. I'm going to apply to Essec, escp and hec. I was also thinking about applying to UK unis like LBS,LSE, Imperial and Warwick. I'm unsure about whether I should apply for uk unis or not since there is so much inflation and uk economy is predicted to shrink by 5-10% next year. I am from India and I plan to break into MBB consulting firms through the MiM.

All the UK unis I'm going to apply to are ranked below EMlyon (Apart from LBS) because someone advised me that the job/internship opportunities and networking will be better in uk for me since I know English very well and don't know French at all (I'm going to start French classes though). I was told by the same person that even if I get admitted to Warwick (which is 9-10 ranks down from emlyon) it'll be better than emlyon for the above stated reasons.

Help me please, I'm so confused now. Also I saw the global market share for the consulting industries and almost half of the global consulting work is in USA. But the thing is that there are no top ranked MiM programs in USA, their are 1-2 and even then I dont think MiM will have as much value in usa as it has in Europe. So in the future I think, there will be more opportunities for me in usa because of such a huge portion of the work being there, so will French unis be better in that case or uk unis, or will they both not matter and my work experience after mim will matter more?

I was also warned by some people to not go by these ranking websites since many unis pay to be ranked better :( And now I'm clueless about where to get my info from then.

You will not learn French to a professional level alongside a MiM in English and you will certainly not be hired by MBB in France. You need to slow down and do more research.

If those are the only two countries of interest then either learn French first or go to the UK.
