Hi all,
I am looking forward doing an Executive MBA in France, currently looking at all the programs available in Paris (I live in Paris area).
HEC is a bit out of reach as tuition fees are quite high, I will check with the HEC team if they have any scolarship for my profile, and how they can help with french government funds.
I am also looking at Essec and ESCP.
But if for any reason I am not admitted to these "premium" schools, I have the lowest ranking schools to consider, and this is where I am a bit lost.
Between EM Lyon, Edhec and Neoma, which business schools do you think is the best and worst to consider an application?
Did somebody on this forum has experience of eMBA in these schools?
I have planned meetings with each of them, already had some phone chat with Edhec and Neoma and it was very positive but I am wondering the value of their program.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Kind regards, Julien

I am an EDHEC alum. What are your goals?

Hi Duncan
I am an engineer/manager. My immediate objective is to go to the higher level (director) and for this I need to aquire more general management skills, and also soft skills (very important for me).
My criteria to choose the school is obviously the program, but I also pay attention to ranking and very important the alumni network.
Price is of course important, I will not have problem to finance Edhec, Neoma, EM Lyon or Essec. ESCP will require some more effort.
Kind regards
Julien

Which of these schools have the best networks for you? ESSEC has the better network than most of these schools.

@Julien L did you make your choice?
Same dilemma for me between ESCP and ESSEC-MANNHEIM ;-)
Good luck!

Hi, it's me Julien L (sorry I had to change account).
No I diod not make my choice, but right now I am in the admission phase.
I have jury interviews with ESCP and EM Lyon this week, next week with Edhec and Neoma, and finally end of June with HEC.
I would go to HEC if I am admitted, next choice would be ESCP.
Between ESCP and Essec, I would choose ESCP, I think school reputation is much better, but it seems you are looking for Asia network, so maybe Essec is better in your case. Difficult choice anyway ;-)

Hi Duncan in between I have decided to apply also HEC, finally it would be doable in terms of finance.
As I don't plan to go work abroad, HEC would be definitely the best choice for me, but let's see how the admission goes, their process is more selective.

I am sure they will admit you.

Hi all
So I am admitted to ESCP, EDHEC and EM Lyon.
I would choose ESCP but I have the admission jury at HEC next week, so then I will probably have to make that hard choice between both.

I really don't see why you think this is a hard choice. Did you visit a class? The ESCP cohort is head and shoulders above HEC's EMBA.
