I'm a Professional who is trying to develop his career focusing on retail, sales and marketing strategy. Having worked with many of the major retail industries such as Automotive, Fashion and Energy, my strong background includes customer service ethic, excellent analytical skills, negotiation. At this point of my professional life , my goal is to develop my hard and soft skill trying a career in a different industries and get more salary , maybe in Europe or Italy.
I don't have the the time to get a full or executive MBA ( i know is the best option) so, How do you see instead, an executive master in finance (1 year) at SDA Bocconi plus a executive course (15/20 days) in general management ( Cambridge judge Business school) with a focus on digital marketing and business innovation ? It could be another valid option Bocconi + Cambridge to get more visibility with head hunter?
my Background
Executive Master in finance - SDA bocconi School of Management
Master in Management - Bologna Business School
Bachelor Computer Engineering
7 years of working experience as Zone Manager and Investment analyst ( Retail and Energy company)
Executive Master degree in Finance + general management course

Just to clarify, have you already done the Executive Master in Finance, or is this something you're considering?
The program would be a decent way to get into a finance role. In terms of expanding your opportunities beyond Italy, it probably won't help much, nor will a single executive course. If you wanted to work in another country, the best way would be to study in the country where you want to work.
