This has no meaningful accreditation, and I struggle to think this issues certificates that would be easily accepted in France.
I would like to attach an image but don't know how?I have some important papers about this discussionand i really want your opinion about them @Duncan

None of these are meaningful accreditations for a higher education provider. See https://imgur.com/a/ZR7q7k3

This letter from "Rector of the academic region Ile-de-France, Chancellor of the Paris Universities" means that they have registered a distance learning company in Paris. Anyone can do that. It's not accreditation.
Note: the letter makes it clear that registering does not mean that advertising or  educational programmes are approved. They certainly do not have the right to issue academic degrees recognized by the state.

What do you mean, that CEO World certificate with the clearly cut / pasted year looks extremely reputable. 1f609
