Just would like feedback on both schools (MBA Program)..which one has a better program/ reputation? I have been accepted at both.

Look at the FT ranking...
By personal feeling, I would go for EM-Lyon, as the school has a better reputation. But for an MBA in France, you should apply to Insead or HEC. These two do not have an international recognition (and who knows about MBAs in France?).
