Cornell University's famous School of Hotel Administration is supplying a third of the teaching in a bargain-priced part-time programme taught in English at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, in the German-speaking region of northern Italy. The program starts each April and ends in March two years later. About 60 days are required. Tuition is €11,159.
