The best MBAs in this area seem to all be in the US, at least according to the rankings. Which are the best options in Europe? IMD and St. Gallen seem to stand out. Any decent options in the UK/Ireland? Thanks.

What are your goals? These industries are much bigger on mainland Europe than in the UK or Ireland. 

I've been in Biotech for 5 years and currently in a managerial position. My goal would be to get to c-level or director position within the next 5-10 years, so I'm looking for the right MBA in the field where I can also focus on leadership/management.

That's IMD then. If you already are able to work in German, then St Gallen is also an option.
