I am applying for MBAs in EU this year.
Can anybody tell me what programs focus on art business, i.e. gallery, auction, concert etc.
Firstly, I'm tageting schools in France or Spain.

Have you tried googling? Or have you identified any prospective schools, then checked out their programmes?

i know that smbs offers a MBA in international Arts Management - looks pretty good - but based in Salzburg, and not in Spain or France.
