Depends on what your career goals and interests are. If you want to work in finance or in corporate finance role in a company and have a solid capacity for quantitative work, then finance sounds like a good choice.
But if you're more about global growth or looking to work in an NGO/etc. then international business could be interesting.
Keep in mind that you'll need work experience to apply to most accredited MBA programs in Australia. Otherwise, you should look at master's in management programs instead.
University of Sydney has a Master of International Business program that may be interesting to you. Most accredited b-schools in the country will have finance options: UNSW, Melbourne Business School, University of Technology Sydney, etc.
