Skanda here, from India
I had applied to MGSM for the Full time MBA program with 2.5 years of experience in two of my family businesses which are into Silk apparels wholesale and Jewellery retail, I had reasonably good grades and a good PTE score. Unfortunately I was rejected for the MBA program but MGSM was kind enough to offer the Masters in Management program.
I am planning to apply to Monash for its MBA program as well, I had also looked at the Masters of Business program as well.
I made a table of the programs and its respective subjects for ease of comparison.

My desire and ambition is to work in Australia for several years with a good salary, Then my ultimate aim is to be an entrepreneur in the aquaponics industry in Agriculture or any sector relevant to consumer goods and luxury products.
At this junction I am perplexed on few issues such as:
1. MIM(Macquarie) vs MBA(Macquarie) vs MIB(Monash) vs MBA(Monash) which is better?
2. Is the Macquarie MIM comparable to an MBA in any good university
3. Do I stand a chance to get admission into the Monash MBA
4. which is better the Macquarie MIM or the Monash MIB ?
5. what kind of salary and job profile can I expect from the MIM (Macquarie) ?
MBA or MIM ?

Masters in Management programs are generally designed for people with less work experience and as such, career outcomes will be different: most likely less salary, fewer responsibilities, etc.
Have you looked at the Sydney Master in Management program? That one's ranked in the FT and has pretty decent career outcomes and international mobility stats.

Yeah I have looked at the course it speacializes in entrepreneurship which is favourable for me.
Now in the likely case of not being able to pursue the MBA I'd have to consider the masters courses.
How is the MIM of MGSM compared to the masters course offered by university of Sydney ?
Are there any MBAs that would consider me if I had 3 years managerial experience ? IS the MBA at Monash within my reach ?
