I am a 4th year B.tech( Computer Science) student of KIIT University, India with a 8.01 CGPA till date( 2 sems more to go). My 10th 12th grades are also fairly good. I want to know the top universities in New Zealand who provide management courses for freshers and also what is the job prospective accordingly. And also whether an MBA is worth more or an MSc in Management in my case?

You should look at MSc programs, simply because MBA programs require you to have work experience.
The University of Sydney's Master in Management program is ranked by the FT, that one is probably worth looking into.
