I was initially looking into schools with strong IT programs in the UK, but now my interest has shifted to Australia. Does anyone have any advice about good IT programs in this part of the world.

Melbourne Business School has an MBA/Masters in Information Systems

Massey has a concentration in IT and e-commerce

University of Technology, Sydney has a couple MBA concentrations: technology management and information technology.

Your choice would probably depend on your background and what exactly in IT you are interested in studying.

Rmit, Melbourne have some good IT courses.
