Insead in Singapore should be your top choice.
Closer to home, how about PGPX at IIMA?

Yes, that is why I suggested Insead.
Join their campus in Singapore and you'd be close to the region. In fact, your interest is pretty common (exposure to China) and that was one major reason for Insead to open a campus in this part of the world.
HKUST also allows you to complete their programme in one year (see the conditions on their site). Also, NUS MBA is heavily into China though they have a 16 month programme (and class demography is notoriously young :-).
And if you are really so interested in business in China, why not to take an MBA programme in China? By the way, do you speak Mandarin?

Why dont you try James Cook University Singapore's MBA Programme? It's also taken for a year, trimester based. The course fees are pretty reasonable too.
