Maybe. Although this resource for CEIBS students is quite amazing, I might say. Looks like they're getting monthly updates from their students to keep track of them:

The Status of the Survey will be we taken and analyzed in the end of every month; Deadline for your Update is the 25th of every month. We will notify you of the Deadlines in advance via mail.

According to CEIBS, the number of placements has gone up since 2007, which although minor, shows an upswing. And, the Financial Times says that the MBA program has a 94% placement rate within three months, which isn't too shabby.

this is quit impressive and it seems CEIBS offers good career services in general. i am a bit skeptical about it though, since the survey is made and presented by the school it self.

I think there is some confusion. It seems as this survey is internal - that is, they're surveying their own students to see how their job searches are going. It's purely a tool they can use for monitoring, not presenting anything.
