I've come across this artice on a new website saying that the Indian Institute of Planning and Management in Delhi is making wrong claims about partner schools. They even got a statement from Stanford online rejeting any cooperations with IIPM. If this is true, why doesnt one hear about this? Apparently there's handful of schools involved (Cambridge, Chicago Booth..)

I wouldn't be surprised. This school has quite a long history of controversy including possible tax evasion, plagiarizing a Business Week column in one of their ads, accusations of false advertising, etc.

I'd hope that anybody who considers applying to this school would do some research and heavy consideration.

superb article, spread the article, i hope and wish students get saved , neither is IIPM recognized by UGC.

I am a frequent reader of that page and I can assure you that it is very reliable. So beware of IIPM, although I have not heard of that school before!

Cool thanks for your input, guys. Will keep an eye on that website for further input then. Glad that they dug it up! IIPM is definitely scratched off my list now.

IIPM is not entitled to award MBA degrees:

"The University Grants Commission (UGC) today assured the Delhi High Court to remove the name of Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) from the list of fake universities on its website.

In turn, the IIPM agreed to make it clear in its advertisements that it offers only certificate courses."
