Can I eligible for Masters of Business Administration (MBA) for any International University?

It offers a well-ranked one-year MBA, that is US and UK accredited. Generally, eligibility for this program entails:
* three years of professional work experience
* 25 years or older
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent
* leadership potential
