Not sure. You're going to have to be more specific - but a UK degree, if it's from LBS or Said, will probably be more generally helpful wherever you go.
However, degrees from the country you're in can carry more weight in that country - whether that's from the connections that the school has or the connections you personally make while you're there, through internships, etc. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of great MBA programs in the gulf countries.
Which country are you looking at, specifically?
You might want to check out SP Jain. They have a campus in Dubai - and is now ranked in the FT Global rankings - not at the top, mind you, but the way this region is developing and the resources that are going into the program make this a pretty safe bet if you can afford it and want to stay in the Gulf.

I think it's probably safe to say that no matter where in the world you are: If whoever is hiring you values an MBA, they will also value a UK MBA (if it's from a good school).
And wow, Ralph, you sure have a lot of red hats!

SP Jain is qualitatively better than those unaccredited UK universities.

Nazme,
western education is good option - UK, USA etc when you planning to work in Middle East
and if you have worked in western countries before moving to middle east, it will have high value.
