Nazme, you really need to do some research on your own before you post questions like this. Try google.com, it works quite well.
Vancouver university doesn't even exist. In Vancouver you have University of British Columbia (Sauder) and Simon Fraser University (Segal), both of which have strong MBA programs.
There used to be a place called Vancouver University Worldwide, which was an illegal and unaccredited vendor of higher education credentials until a court issued an injunction to stop it from granting degrees in British Columbia:

Hey Nazme, Vancouver Island University doesn't seem to be a very good place:
"Yeah, I'm from the Island, and I'm not going to lie. It was the school we all joked about. The school that would accept your deceased cat Fluffy if you filled out the application. The place you went if you failed out of all other BC universities. Low standards. It's your average community-college style place. They renamed it to get rid of that bias, but it's still pretty prevalant, at least where I lived.
It's recognized. It's not got an oustanding reputation where people will automatically say "Oh, UBC or McGill" or whatnot. But they do recognize the degree."

Getting excited by the Olympics, huh? haha, me too.
A while back I looked into schools in Canada, and from what I heard this school is not all that great. I don't know about letting dead cats in, but the only accreditation they had was ACBSP (not AACSB, mind you!) which is not that well-known.
I was thinking that if I did go to Vancouver, I would probably be more interested in UBC Sauder. Also, I read that Queen's EMBA was offered at a Vancouver campus, which might be interesting.

I have to agree with Malia here. I live in Toronto and I know that UBC and Simon Frasier have good standings across Canada but I've never heard of Vancouver Island University. If you plan on doing an MBA on the west coast I would pick UBC first and Simon Frasier second. I say this b/c I was at an MBA fair and one of the students they had at the Simon Frasier booth told me it would be better to go to UBC. After that it's up in the air

Ireland is one of the hardest-hit countries in Europe:
The Financial Crisis of 2008 is currently affecting the Irish economy severely, compounding domestic economic problems related the collapse of the Irish property bubble. Ireland was the first country in the EU to officially enter a recession as declared by the Central Statistics Office.[10] Ireland was stripped of its AAA credit ranking and downgraded to AA+ by Standard & Poor's ratings agency, due to Ireland's bleak financial outlook and heavy government debt burden.[11] The ESRI recently predicted that the Irish economy will not significantly recover until 2011.[12] Ireland now has the highest level of household debt relative to disposable income in the developed world at 190%.[13]

I would guess that job prospects in Canada are better compared to Ireland, but that's something you should ask gkhanna.

I live in Denmark and can surely tell you that getting a non-technical or non-engineering job without knowing Danish is practically impossible.
