Which university in Canada will accept me for MBA with following profile:
degree: Bsc in economics
gmat:550
gpa:2.5
work experience: 2 years or 3 years (can continue job for one more year) in Banking and finance.

Hi Happy,
given your work experience and gmat score i don't think you'll be able to get into any of the top tier canadian schools. however, schools such as McMaster (40 minutes outside of Toronto) and UBC (in Vancouver) would probably be ideal for you.

Hi Khanna, perhaps you have not noted my GPA=2.5, two years back because of this gpa I was turned down by Windsor and Ryerson ( but at that time without work experience).In the light of this information please again advise. thanks^2

again i would direct you to the link i provided. it is a complete list of mba schools in canada. now that you have more work experience you should contact windsor and ryerson to see if they let you re-apply.
i'm not sure how much weight schools put on gpa so i cannot comment on that. i would suggest you retake the gmat and aim for higher score, anything above 600 would be ideal.
