the problem is that the company I work for now, will never finance my MBA, not even participate a bit.
Anyways I want to change and find a new, more interesting job. The MBA could open some doors...

I am from Mexico, currently studying an MBA in Puebla. Best programs in the country are ITESM Tec de Monterrey, Monterrey campus; Universidad de Las Americas, Puebla; ITAM, Mexico city; ITESM Guadalajara campus isn't so bad.

Now, living in Mexico city can be a real challenge if you're not used to the "fast life", pollution, etc. Monterrey is a very dynamic city but has terrible climate--too hot in the summer, too cold in winter. Guadalajara is a beautiful city but the program there is not as good as in Monterrey.
Puebla is the fourth largest city, an hour away from DF, and close to coast lines--acapulco, veracruz, etc. I'm having a good time at UDLA because student body is very diverse, from all over the world. MBA here is good. check out the website.

Only 8-10% of international students - that tells everything about the international appeal of IPADE. I know this phenomenon from SPanish schools, first I found several prgorams that looked good, but to get a real picture it was very important to learn about the percentage of international (and in this case non latin american) students.
Probably IPADE not the best option for foreign student, unles their goal would be to learn/improve Spanish language skills, and discover Mexican culture meaning mingle with local rich kids ;-)

Your Indian friends looking for an MBA in Mexico can apply to any program there which is held in English, unless they speak Spanish, in that case, to all..

Neglecting Visa questions (I don't have the slightest idea about Mexican immigration laws for Indians), the obstacles for Indian applicants can either be costs, since the MBA student has to bear tuition and living costs during studies, or qualification. What is the GMAT, GPR etc of the applicants?

Besides, I share dsm's opinion about EGADE, but there are other good schools offering an MBA in English such as ITAM.

I am aplying to IPADE and I think you dont know what you are talking about, they only accept 1 of every 8 people and the test I took is different than GMAT but more focuse on abilities and skills. Also as far as I know 9 of every 10 student had scholarships or financial aid, I think the difference is the opposite other MBAS in mexico accept everyone who can pay for it, not IPADE, and they evaluate everyone as equal they dont accept people only because they are internacional, they need a profile. Algo IPADE is the only latin American school that appears in rankings, also in Financial Times is wold´s number 1 in career progress.

about the financial or scholarship aid, once again ipade lie to you, that kind of statistics would be news or a big issue to let know to everybody.. in the website, no information about it. and finally, the GMAT is the tst that has benig used by harvard, stanford, mit, etc. ipade admission test is not recognize by any anyone.. in the other hand egade used gmat and the itesm admission test is recognize by harvard
