Dear All,
I will be grateful, if some senior member can guide me.
I have PhD in Software Engineering from UK and I have 7+ experience where 5 years is post PhD. I have 3 yrs exp as project director. Is it good move to do MBA?
I want to get PR from Canada and get some experience. My long term vision is to move to Gulf after MBA.
Can you pls guide me, if I have to give GMAT to get admission in MBA?
Thank you,
MBA after PhD

Why not take an academic job in Canada? That would be a faster route to PR.

In general, yes, you would need to do the GMAT to do your MBA in Canada at a school that has AMBA, EQUIS, or AACSB accreditation. Some schools may offer GMAT waivers, but these tend to be rare. I know that Brock for instance will offer GMAT waivers if you have done a graduate or undergraduate degree from a Canadian or US-based school and maintained a certain GPA during your studies.
