Is PGDBA any good?

RevLord

Hello!

My name's Alex and I have a bachelor's in business administration degree. I'm looking forward to join the post graduate diploma in business administration programs (From Canada) which is of 2 years. I wonder are they of any good? Would that help me in getting a better job and a higher salary than I would get with only a bachelor's in business administration degree?

Thank you.

This will depend on the school, and whether you study them online or in Canada.

Tbh I haven't really applied to one atm, though I'm planning to do so this year or next. I have a nice GPA in BBA so I do meet the requirements of a lot of universities in Canada (including other requirements). Right now, I'm making up my plans. I want to know the answer of my question which is are PGDBA of any good? Would that help me in getting a better job and a higher salary than I would get with only a bachelor's in business administration degree?

I think that is really an unusual qualification. Four months online... I am not sure that employers would understand it.

I guess it's aimed at people who three year degrees who need something else to enter a master's degree? Really, I am not sure...
