Hello,
I want to pursue full-time mba and enter the management consulting industry with finance and management specialization in my mind.
I will be pursuing cfa for finance knowledge.
I want to know the top b schools for mba in consulting or general mba with major as consulting in second year in the world.
Also wanted to know the options for financing my mba apart from loan.
P. S. I will be applying for canada pr soon.
Any insights (tips for getting a job, cracking the gmat) will be highly appreciated.
Full time Mba in consulting.

https://find-mba.com/lists/other-top-business-school-lists/top-10-mbas-for-jobs-in-the-top-three-strategy-consulting-firms
We would need the following to give you better advice:
- how much work experience you have (you'll need 4-5 years minimum to apply for an MBA)
- What's your projected GMAT score?
Scholarships would be available for most every world-class MBA program, but they're usually only given out to top applicants.

Hi, thanks for your response.
I havw 4 years of experience as of now, till next year it will be 5 when i will apply for mba.
Projected gmat score is 600. I am starting preparation from Jan and probably will appear in april.
What are the skills that i need to learn to get into top management consulting firm?

If, by 'top management consulting' firm, you're talking about the MBB firms, they tend to hire from a relatively small pool of b-schools. While you'll (most likely) be building similar skills most accredited MBA programs, the school's network will matter more.
Those top firms typically hire from this level of school:
- Insead
- LBS
- Wharton
- Harvard
etc.
Even if you wanted to work in Canada - but do want to work at an MBB firm, perhaps an MBA at one of those schools would still be your best option. For Canada schools, look into Queen's, Rotman, maybe McGill. You'll probably need a better GMAT score.
