Hi Ronald,
Having had a look at the listings here, it looks like the majority are taught in Spanish. However, I did find out that the
Escueal Superior de Economia y Administración de Empresas (ESEADE)
Uriarte 2472
C1425FNJ Ciudad de Buenos Aires
Argentina
offer an MBA taught in English
http://www.find-mba.com/university/2182/escueal-superior-de-economia-y-administracin-de-empresas-eseade#executive-mba
According to their website:
ESEADE´s MBA (E)* is a program designed for those interested in developing their intellectual and professional skills by engaging in a bilingual business education. One third of the program will be taught in English, moving gradually from an initial English-immersion syllabus in the first year to a fully Spanish program in the second and last year.
Take a proper look here:

Eseade´s MBA is no loger available.
I went there speaking a very bad Spanish and after a couple of months I was totally able to take the MBA courses in Spanish. Of course I had to take a lot of Spanish Lessons ( Monday - Friday 9 - 13 hs) for 3 months.
If you don´t have a good level of Spanish I would recommend you to conctact Mente Argentina (www.MenteArgentina.Com), they will assist you with everything you need ( choosing the university, visa issues, english courses, etc ).
Also, if you are going there I would reccomend you to stay in Palermo!, is such a nice neighborhood. I am planning to come back really soon but in the meantime I would love to spent some time in India!
Take Care!

I think ESEADE is also part of a global MBA program linked with the University of North Florida and the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, but I believe that the only English part of that program would be the stint at UNF. That being said, I'm not sure there are any reputable English language programs in Argentina.
Brazil is a different story. Read this article:

Also, have you considered Mexico? IPADE, EGADE and others offer highly-respected English language MBA programs.
