Hey tankrux!

i only found one MBA program in English in Rio:

Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - Instituto COPPEAD de Administração - 14-month program is jointly offered by COPPEAD, Georgia State University Mack Robinson College of Business and the Graduate Business School at the Sorbonne (IAE). it is AACSB-accredited. see they're website at Georgia State University:

http://www.robinson.gsu.edu/gpmba/index.html

there are some other EMBA programs, but they are mostly in Portuguese ++ i don't know if you're profile fits an EMBA.

If you don't speak Portuguese, choice is limited in Rio, only COPPEAD which is not really conceived for people who intend to stay in Rio since providing semesters in several partner schools such as Sorbonne in Paris.

Sao Paolo offers far more possibilities, logical, it is the economic center of the country and you can't compare the activity in Rio to the one in Sao Paolo.

But living in Rio you should consider the part time MBAs in Sao Paolo also, flights are not expensive and almost as frequent as city buses and it takes only 26min! Only watch out for an MBA offering some flexibility time wise, classes concentrated on some week-ends etc, because you would not want to fly back and forth 3 days a week, or on a daily basis or for the evening classes, flying is too much hassle for this.
