If you are studying online, why does it matter where the college is based?

It's not online, but with its modular format (4-day blocks per month), HEC Paris' EMBA in Qatar is often a good choice for working professionals without a lot of free time.

But Duncan is right, any of the good online MBA programs (IE, Bradford, Durham, Warwick, etc. would work just fine, considering they are literally designed for students all over the world.
