does anyone know why MSM stopped the MBA program with RITI ? also what other options can i consider away from the AUC one please?

I suggest searching the board as there is a lot of discussion on these two schools.
In general the consensus is that since neither has accreditation through AMBA, EQUIS, or AACSB, you'd be better off going with an online program from an established program instead.
I'm honestly surprise they're no longer offering the MSM program. Is this something you heard directly?

@mba hipster yes i did, RITI is advising that the program is postponed without giving any further details and MSM is claiming that they are stopped their program with RITI.
i was preparing my IELTS and GMAT to sign up for it.

There sadly aren't any accredited options in Egypt outside AUC.
Like the others said, best to consider an online degree from a UK or US university with good reputation in egypt.
