i am working as a business developer in the IT filed and planning to enroll for MBA program , i am based in Saudi Arabia and i didn`t find any suitable programs in it so i am planning to take it online.
through my search i found that MMU and Leicester university MBA program maybe a good choice from the price , accreditation and the network in the middle east.

Try searching this board with the names of those schools. Use LinkedIn to compare their networks in your target markets: I would assume they will be very small.

Start with your goals.

There are a couple of AACSB-accredited business schools in Saudi Arabia:

These will undoubtedly have the strongest network in the country. What are your goals?

The market in Saudi Arabia is having very limited opportunities for foreign people to fill in the management level vacancies due to the local laws and policies , so the above business schools could be the best for Saudis but for others NO , therefore my goal is to study in an accredited which could have a good network not only in Saudi Arabia but in the middle east and gulf area

If you want to work in another country, you should probably consider studying in that country. With the exception of the top schools (and really here, I'm talking bout the LBS program in Dubai) you're not likely to find an MBA that will help you transition to another part of the region.
